I enter every birth process as a birthkeeper to simply support and guide the birthing mothers wishes. I am here to empower every experience as you transcend into your new journey bringing your baby earthside. I use a combination of traditional and modern techniques and treat every birth as a ceremony. My goal is to help every woman feel empowered by helping them find their voice and trusting themselves. My promise is to make sure each of my clients feel heard, supported and empowered mentally , emotionally, spiritually and physically. 



What is a Doula?

A Doula is a non-medical birth assistant. A Doula supports you during pregnancy, labor,and post labor. They work with the mother and family to support, embrace and enhance parents during the trans-formative stages of becoming a parent. The Doula helps you feel empowered and unconditionally supported emotionally and physically. They help you be informed and present in the decision making of the process of Labor. They are the source of knowledge, education and emotional support for mothers and families.

As a doula I do not
  • Perform clinical tasks, such as taking blood pressure, fetal heart check or vaginal exams.

  • Make decisions for you.

  • Speak to the staff on your behalf. I will discuss concerns with you and suggest options as well as encourage you to voice your opinions.

Labor Doula

Two Prenatal care visits (2hrs) Where I will guide you on organizing and strategizing around your birth desires and needs. The focus will be to prepare you and support you in feeling comfortable advocating for you and your baby during labor.


  • Create and build your dream birth plan

  • Articulate questions for your care provider

  • Labor positions for comfort

  • Process labor, parenting hopes and fears

  • Guidance in understanding the risks, benefits and alternatives to many routine interventions.

  • Plan for informed consent before and during and after labor

  • Telephone support through per-labor and early labor to help asses the status of your labor and provide tips to support your progress

  • Continuous labor support from the time that active labor begins until your baby is born

  • On call 24 hour support 2 weeks before your due date and 2weeks after due date . Should your birth occur outside these dates I will make every effort to get you into my calendar.

  • Communication via email, text and phone

  • After your baby is born I will remain until feeding is established

Postpartum is what is needed for Longevity. Body wants to rest and heal during the postpartum. After your partner has gone back to work and your visitors have stopped bringing food and calling . Additional support is extremely important for mothers emotionally and physically


  • Includes Birth Package 

  • Two postpartum visits (2hours), to assist with practical support such as infant education and care, light housekeeping, hold and help feed the baby while mother rests ,showers , bathe baby, help set up nursery and newborn clothing . Support varies per mother.

  • Non-judgmental nurturing emotional support, help you learn and grow into your new role, supporting postpartum adjustment by validating what you are feeling at the time.  

  • Two Belly Binding sessions within three days after birth and again within two weeks 

  • two bandage binding wraps and 4oz warming oil bottle.

Postpartum Doula



As a postpartum doula my care varies per mothers needs. I do anything from holding space, holding baby while mother showers to helping mother process her birth and postpartum experience. I am here to offer my mothers whatever they may need during this transitional time.​

  • Newborn care and support

  • coordinate meal train set-up from family and friends. 

  • light housekeeping

  • provide emotional spiritual support

  • assist in creating a nurturing space for the family

Note: I do not provide childcare while parents leave the home
